SOUND TRAIL
The Sound Traildesigned by the association Artists' lives and the festival Sound Gardenwith the invaluable support of City of Vitrolles and MetropoleFor several years now, the aim of the Festival has been to encourage local artists to become more professional and to promote emerging initiatives. This approach enables artists to receive artistic support and be integrated into the cultural life of the city and the festival. The association selects local artists to perform on the festival stage and in the public space, taking care of their fees, technical support, communications and media coverage. The aim is also to encourage meetings between these artists and national and international professionals.
The Parcours Sonore offers 10 bands/artists from the metropolitan area the chance to meet their audience and enjoy a unique live experience.

Thank you to our partner venues
Le Sound trail also includes a professional and social dimension. It brings together a group of individuals from the metropolitan area, formed through partnerships with schools, the SNU and other local structures. These participants learn about the performing arts profession by meeting professionals from the sector (stage managers, artists, technicians, journalists). They take part in monthly workshops on topics such as environmental responsibility, dealing with gender-based violence, an introduction to communications and technical professions, and creating podcasts. These workshops continue during the festival with practical assignments.

At the same time, a programme of professional meetings is organised each day of the festival on the current music ecosystem, offering participants the opportunity to strengthen their skills and increase their network in the cultural sector.
