No, passes are individual and non-transferable.
Is it possible to leave and re-enter the festival on the same day?
No, all exits are final.
The ticket is not in my name, can I use it?
You are strongly advised not to attempt to enter the festival with a ticket bearing a name other than that of the person using it, as identity checks may be carried out in the event of a dispute.
I can't make it to the festival, what can I do?

I've confirmed the payment with my bank, but I haven't received my tickets. What should I do now?
There are several possible scenarios in this situation:
> Potentially, there has been a typing error in the email address, check in the following days if you have been debited by " WEEZEVENT - DIJON " and contact billetterie@jardinsonorefestival.com with proof of debit to change your e-mail address and send you the tickets.
> There may have been a communication problem between the bank and Weezevent, our ticketing software. These things unfortunately happen, especially during periods of heavy traffic or when the basket has expired after 15 minutes. When validating the 3D Secure, the bank confirmation does not reach Weezevent, so the transaction cannot be completed. Verify in the following days if you have been debited by " WEEZEVENT-DIJON ". If not, we invite you to renew your order.

Are you unsure about attending the festival or do you need flexibility?
Lors de votre achat sur le site de Jardin Sonore vous pouvez souscrire à l’assurance annulation Meetch. L’assurance doit être souscrite impérativement avant le paiement. Il n’est pas possible de souscrire à l’assurance Meetch a posteriori de l’achat d’un billet.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Meetch will refund your tickets (100% of the amount of your tickets with proof of purchase and 70% without proof of purchase).

Beware of counterfeit notes
Only buy tickets from the official sales outlets listed above.
Law no. 2012-348 of 12 March 2012 protects spectators against the resale of tickets by any company or individual not approved by the show's producer. Under this law (article 313-6-2 of the French Penal Code), it is forbidden to resell tickets for shows outside approved outlets and without the express authorisation of the show's producer. Prefer official networks to ensure you pay a fair price and enjoy the festival.
Don't post photos of your tickets!
Attention aux réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram…). Ne diffusez pas de photo de votre billet. Des personnes pourraient le recopier et vous ne pourriez plus utiliser votre billet.
An official and secure resale solution will be set up shortly, so don't buy tickets on social networks or websites such as Le Bon Coin.
Resale tickets - don't buy on Viagogo and Stubhub!
Show tickets may only be sold by operators authorised by the show producer.
We cannot guarantee access to concerts produced by VILLAGE 42 (organiser of the Jardin Sonore Festival) on presentation of tickets that have not been purchased from an authorised distributor.

In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that VILLAGE 42 and the Jardin Sonore Festival have not authorised Viagogo and Stubhub to market tickets for its shows.
Article 313-6-2 of the French Criminal Code makes it a criminal offence to sell or provide means for the sale of tickets for shows on a regular basis without the authorisation of the show's producer.
