Can I share my pass with another person?

No, passes are individual and non-transferable.

Is it possible to leave and re-enter the festival on the same day?

No, all exits are final.

The ticket is not in my name, can I use it?

You are strongly advised not to attempt to enter the festival with a ticket bearing a name other than that of the person using it, as identity checks may be carried out in the event of a dispute.

I can't make it to the festival, what can I do?

Show tickets are a non-refundable product and are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Whatever the reason, we will unfortunately not be able to refund you if you have an unforeseen event, but we would still like to offer you solutions. There are several options open to you:

I've confirmed the payment with my bank, but I haven't received my tickets. What should I do now?

There are several possible scenarios in this situation:

> Potentially, there has been a typing error in the email address, check in the following days if you have been debited by " WEEZEVENT - DIJON " and contact billetterie@jardinsonorefestival.com with proof of debit to change your e-mail address and send you the tickets.

> There may have been a communication problem between the bank and Weezevent, our ticketing software. These things unfortunately happen, especially during periods of heavy traffic or when the basket has expired after 15 minutes. When validating the 3D Secure, the bank confirmation does not reach Weezevent, so the transaction cannot be completed. Verify in the following days if you have been debited by " WEEZEVENT-DIJON ". If not, we invite you to renew your order.

Are you unsure about attending the festival or do you need flexibility?
When you make a purchase on the Jardin Sonore website, you can take out Meetch cancellation insurance. The insurance must be taken out before payment. It is not possible to take out Meetch insurance after purchasing a ticket.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Meetch will refund your tickets (100% of the amount of your tickets with proof of purchase and 70% without proof of purchase).
